The Ministry of Housing, Land, and Urban Development says the draw for land plot allocation for those who received land plots from Gulheefalhu under the Binveriya Housing Scheme is underway.

Last week, the Ministry said there have been changes to the "Gulheefalhu Land Use Plan" and as a result, the location of the previously allocated land plots has changed.

It also said that the draw would include those who got selected to change their land plots from Giraavaru falhu to Gulheefalhu.

The draw is being held at Dharubaaru Ge in Male' and the Ministry said applicants of the housing scheme can enter the hall to witness the drawing. It said that if another person wishes to appear instead of the land owner, he/she should appear with a copy of the ID card and a letter of no objection from the land owner.

However, the Ministry said its officials would be making the draw and that the land plot allocations would be texted to the applicants and updated on their Hiyavehi portal profile.

The Ministry is also bringing live updates of the draw via the portal.
