Bank of Maldives today supported the annual ‘Pink Ribbon Run-Walk’ organized by the Cancer Society of Maldives (CSM).
The event was held at Central Park and in 11 islands with over 2400 registered participants.
The event is held annually to raise public awareness of breast cancer and promote early detection.
The Bank donated MVR 200,000 to CSM in support of initiatives to increase cancer awareness and provide psychosocial support to cancer patients and their families.
The Bank of Maldives has been supporting CSM and the Pink Ribbon Run-walk since 2016.
