President Dr Mohamed Muizzu appointed an Ambassador, and two High Commissioners to three countries today.

The President today appointed Shiuneen Rasheed as the High Commissioner to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

He also appointed former Deputy Chief of Staff Lieutenant General (Retd) Abdul Raheem Abdul Latheef as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye.

The President also appointed Mohamed Thoha as the High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

All appointees hold their positions at the State Minister level.
