The Bank of Maldives says its branches and service centres will be open from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm during the month of Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal 1445.
BML said that it will also be open during the last 10 days of Ramadan from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has decided that government offices will be closed down for the last 10 days of Ramadan.
BML said that Self-Service Banking Centres across the country will continue to provide deposit, withdrawal and transfer services 24 hours a day. Cash Agents on inhabited islands will also be available to provide basic banking services to customers during Ramazan.
It further said that customers can also reach the Bank by calling our Contact Centre, or by chatting with Aaya and live chat agents on Facebook Messenger, BML Mobile App, WhatsApp, Viber, and its website.
BML encouraged customers to use its Internet Banking and Mobile App for everyday banking.
