The Ministry of Education is investigating a case of harassment of a student at Huvadhoo school in Faresmaathoddoo last Thursday.

The Ministry of Education said the victim of the bullying has been given full protection. The Ministry of Education has said that the matter is being investigated.

The 11-year-old was reportedly assaulted by four children at the school.

The incident came to the attention of the authorities with a post that started circulating on social media saying that the boy had a broken bone in his neck after being hit by chairs and tables. The child's family said the child had been bullied for more than eight months.

In addition, the family said that the issue has been repeatedly submitted to the school but no solution has been found. The child is currently undergoing further medical assessments and the school has asked the family of the victim to work with the parents of the child's tormentors to resolve the issue.

Neither the school nor the ministry have addressed these accusations.
