President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has directed Island Aviation Services Ltd. to establish a protocol prioritizing timely patient transportation for critical patients amid the tragic death of a boy from Gaafu Alifu Villigilli.
Mohamed Jaah Khalid, 13, died yesterday while under treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital after his transportation from the Southern island to the capital Male' was due to technical issues with the chartered flight.
