President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulla Al Thani, the Deputy Group CEO of Ooredoo Group, along with other senior management members on Wednesday. The meeting was held at the President's Office this morning.
During the meeting, President Dr Muizzu expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Ooredoo Group, including the team at the Maldives branch, for the exceptional telecommunications services they provide to the citizens of the Maldives.
The President and the Deputy Group CEO discussed strengthening technological cooperation in the Maldives and identified potential areas for mutual collaboration. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulla Al Thani elaborated on the activities and initiatives undertaken by the Ooredoo Group under CSR initiatives in the Maldives.
Both parties expressed a keen interest in collaborating to improve digital services in the Maldives, intending to provide seamless experiences for the Maldivian people.
