During his speech, the Vice President detailed the administration's key initiatives to propel the country's digital economy. These include 'oneGov', a platform designed to consolidate government services through a modern digital interface, and 'eFaas', a mobile application serving as our national digital ID system.
Vice President Naseem highlighted the launch of the Ocean Connect Maldives-India Asia Express (OCM-IAX) submarine cable system in Hulhumalé, marking a significant stride in the Maldives' journey to becoming a technology hub. He also emphasized the remarkable progress made in making broadband and mobile internet more accessible and affordable under the current administration's efforts.

The newly inaugurated Ooredoo Maldives Headquarters is a technologically advanced facility designed to stimulate productivity and innovation. It features an Ooredoo Experience Centre, a Club Premier Lounge for customers, and high-performance office spaces with modern amenities.
