MDP Presidential Candidate President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has announced that his administration will increase the salaries of those working in the aviation sector as the industry remains important to the Maldivian economy.

Speaking at a campaign rally held last night, President Solih said that those working in the aviation sector are performing important and vital responsibilities. He said many professionals are working in this vast industry including pilots, engineers, crews, and others.
