The main ruling party MDP has confirmed that it will unveil its vision for the Greater Male' Area in a mega rally planned for next Friday.
MDP said that it would unveil its plans for the capital city at the rally to be held at Male' on Friday night. It said that the rally would start at 08:30 p.m. in the Carnival area.
MDP Presidential Candidate President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and his running mate MP Mohamed Aslam are expected to join the rally.
The President and his running mate have been traveling to the major islands across the country for their Presidential Campaign.
President Solih today traveled to Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo with a huge rally planned for tonight where he is expected to declare that the government has granted city status to the Southern island.
While President Solih is seeking re-election in the September 9th Election, MDP has unveiled its manifesto for the next five years in five parts.
