Former reporter Ismail Azim has confirmed that he had not been missing via social media posts after reports emerged that he had been reported missing.
He said on a social media post that he was not lost but hidden from the eyes.
The former PSM reporter shared another social media post in which he thanked all those who were concerned about his well-being and assured them that he was well and healthy. He further apologized for any trouble he might have caused.
News broke last night that the former reporter had been missing. The media reports said that he was last contacted on the 9th of this month but that he had posted on social media two days back. The reports also said that his phone was switched off.
The Press has come to know that Azim went into hiding for personal reasons.
The number of people being reported missing has increased over the last few months at an alarming rate.
