A child has died last night after falling from a balcony of a house in the capital Male'.
Reports have said that the child fell from a balcony on the fifth floor of the house and that the child was 4-years old.
The tragic incident had occured around 12:30 am last night.
Police said that the child while under treatment at ADK Hospital around 2:00 am in the morning.
Police added that they were investigating the incident but refrained from revealing any more information.
