The state also said that it would prove that Marvin and Lamha had every intention of killing Mary.

It also said that it would prove that Lamha had known that Mary had died before the time she had confirmed the victim's death during the investigation.

The state added that Marvin had failed to stick with the events of Mary's death and had told the story in different manners.
