Prominent Travel Industry figure and Managing Director of Capital Travel Yoosuf Riffath has been appointed as the Chair of the National Boating Association’s Development Committee (NBAM).
General Manager of Al Shaali Marine Ismail Shareef was appointed as his vice in the recent appointments.
Both Riffath and Shareef were appointed to their positions by the committee members at the first development committee meeting held on 29th January 2022.
NBAM’s new management has shaped the works and progress of the organization by giving authority to major two committees.
Marketing, Promotions, and Corporate Social Responsibility will be conducted under the guidance and opinion of the Marketing committee headed by recent past president Ahmed Afrah and Vice-Chair Shaam Mohamed.
Meanwhile, administration, development, regulatory works are to be planned and conducted by Development Committee.

NBAM’s new management was elected during December 2021, where Ismail Hameed was elected as President and Abdulla Ibrahim as Vice President and Ahmed Ibrahim as Treasurer for the term 2021 - 2023.
An additional 9 executive board member was elected during the election.
