President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed have visited the Expo 2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Upon arrival, they were received by Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and Commissioner General of Expo 2020 Dubai.
During this visit, President Solih delivered remarks at the ‘Official Ceremony for the Maldives National Day’ that was held at the Expo 2020 to honor the Maldives.
The President and First Lady are joined on this trip by a delegation of cabinet ministers and high-level executives from the government and the President’s Office.
