Maldives Transport and Contracting Company MTCC says Baa Atoll Eydhafushi's major road projects nears end with 90 percent of the overall work now completed.
In a tweet, MTCC said that the asphalt laying work of the roads is now complete. It also said the Installation of road markings and streetlights are now ongoing, with 80 percent project progress.
MTCC had mobilized the project on the 22nd of April 2019 and is valued at MVR 34.4 million
Meanwhile, MTCC said that work on the design and build of F. Dharanboodhoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 50 percent project progress.
It said that the installation of precast concrete blocks required for quay wall construction has been completed.
