Vice President Faisal Naseem has this morning departed on a one-day visit to Seenu Atoll and Gnaviyani Atoll.
The President's Office said that in the first leg of his trip is to Addu City, he will stop by the Addu Equatorial Hospital in Hithadhoo Ward and meet with the management.
The Vice President will also travel to Hulhudhoo-Meedhoo Ward to inaugurate a project to develop a Detoxification Centre.
The President Office also said that In his second leg of the trip, in Fuvahmulah City, the Vice President is scheduled to tour the Waste Collection Centre operated by the Waste Management Corporation Limited (WAMCO).
He will also check the progress of the Road Development Project before making a stop at Fuvahmulah Hospital to meet with the management.
The Vice President is expected to conclude his visit and return to Malé later in the evening.
