Maldives Transport and Contracting Company MTCC says Work on Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi Harbour Expansion Project is nearing completion.
In a tweet, MTCC confirmed 98 percent of project progress. It said that maintenance dredging works for the project is currently ongoing, with 30 percent completion.
MTCC added that the project is scheduled to be completed on 30 October 2020.
Meanwhile, the company confirmed that Work on Design and Build of Sh. Komandoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 89 percent project progress.
MTCC said that currently the company is undertaking the Concrete casting of pavement area and casting curb line along the pavement with 50 percent and 79 percent completion, respectively.
Yesterday MTCC had handed over the Emergency COVID-19 facility it built in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll Thinadhoo to the government after completing the project in 20 days.
