Earlier the audit report on the ministry's transactions towards Covid-19 related efforts revealed one major discrepancy involving the procurement of 75 ventilators from Dubai's Executors General Trading.
The Dubai based company is among three foreign businesses from which Maldives government attempted to procure ventilators. Ministry of Health made advance payments only to the Executors General Trading out of the three contracted parties.
