The President’s Office has opened applications for three membership posts on the National Integrity Commission (NIC).
Applications have been opened to fill vacancies following the resignation of three Commission members.
The President’s Office will accept applications from July 19 to 21, 2020, from 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Application forms are available for download at presidency.gov.mv.
Earlier, NIC Vice President Hassan Hameed, NIC members Ahmed Ameen and Khadeeja Abdullah resigned from their posts last Thursday.
All three had submitted their resignation letters to President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih
The National Integrity Commission is an independent legal entity possessing powers to undertake its mandate in its own capacity
Its main objective is to investigate unlawful acts of Law Enforcement Agencies and employees of such agencies and to investigate where the commission of such an act is suspected or if any party submits a complaint that such an act has or is being committed.
