Bank of Maldives BML has today opened the doors of its new ATM centre in Male’ located at M. Star Cloud (former Star Cinema building).

In a statement, BML said the Star ATM Centre will provide easily accessible and convenient banking for personal and business customers in the area.

It said that the Centre will operate 24-hours a day and houses 3 state-of-the-art multi-functional ATMs which allow customers to deposit and withdraw cash, deposit cheques, make payments and transfer money.

BML’s CEO and Managing Director Tim Sawyer said that the the new Self-Service Banking centre is a part of ongoing investment to expand our network.

As an alternative to visiting branches for basic banking services, the new Centre will allow customers the flexibility to bank at their convenience. Last week, we announced plans to establish ATM centres in four islands as part of our support to local communities and we look forward to adding to this over the next few weeks.

BML noted that with a nationwide network of 38 branches across all 20 atolls, 56 Self-Service Banking Centres, 119 ATMs, 277 agents and a full suite of Digital Banking services, the Bank is committed to supporting individuals, and communities across Maldives.
