Traditionally Eid celebrations involve feasts, visiting family members, mini vacations, outdoor festivals and gatherings. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the world is observing an Eid that is unlike any other year, in our homes away from our loved ones. Given the situation, in an attempt to make Eid Al-Fitr more cheerful, colorful and connected, Ooredoo Maldives is bringing you a digital music show, Ooredoo Eid Show 2020.
Ooredoo Eid Show 2020 will feature some incredible artists including Zakitte, Anya, Mira, Shammoon, Habeys Indi, Habeys Thola, Ibrahim Waheed – Bodube, and the local guitar legend Fasy Live, live from their homes to yours.
Ooredoo Maldives takes this opportunity to applaud and send Eid Greetings to all the frontline workers, working tirelessly and selflessly to keep the nation safe from the ongoing pandemic. The company also highlights the hard work of Maldivian Red Crescent Team who are working diligently to provide meals, groceries, and hygiene kits to migrants in need in addition to providing first response across the nation, whenever required. In support of this noble service, Ooredoo Eid Show encourages the viewers of the show to give a small donation to the NGO to help them continue the service to the people in need in a sustainable manner.
