Health Protection Agency HPA says 13 more individuals have tested positive for Covid-19 from Male’ today.
In a tweet, HPA said 13 individuals tested positive today include eight Maldivian nationals and five Bangladeshi nationals.
This takes the total number of confirmed cases in Male’ City to 62.
HPA said all the individuals will be transferred to an Isolation Facility.
HPA said it was establishing any links with current cases.
The latest positive cases take total number of Covid-19 cases to 82. HPA had said the current active positive cases include a pregnant woman, three children and a person who is above 60 years.
