Health Protection Agency HPA says 2491 have sought treatment from the flu clinics established in the greater Male’ Area under measures taken against the fight Covid-19.
Earlier today government spokesperson on Covid-19, Mr. Mabrouk Azeez said within the last 24 hours 190 people were treated in the flu clinic established at Senahiya with 13 treated at the flu clinic set-up behind SinaMale’.
He said 22 were treated in the flu clinic established in Villimale and 17 sought treatment at the expat clinic set up in Hulhumale’.
So far a total of 1897 people have been treated at the Senahiya flu clinic while 380 people were treated at the travel clinic. Meanwhile, 187 people were treated at the expat clinic with villimale flu clinic treating 27 people in total.
Senahiya flu clinic and the travel clinic opened its doors on the 10th of this month with the one in villimale set-up on the 22nd of this month.
A flu clinic has now been established in Hd. Kulhudhufushi as the country’s fight against covid-19 intensifies.
