The five-star luxury getaway Brennia Kottefaru has opened its doors on Wednesday, 15 January 2020, welcoming the first batch of guests.

The luxury resort, though it started welcoming tourists, is still welcoming holidaymakers as part of the resort's soft opening.

The grand opening of the luxury slip is scheduled for March 2020.

Situated in Raa Atoll, Brennia Kottefaru boasts of an expansive island with a spacious beach. The island's abodes come in the form of over-water villas and suites neatly stacked at its beach giving a panoramic view of the turquoise-laden Indian ocean vista.

The 15-hectare luxury island is accessible via a scenic 40-minute seaplane ride from Velana International Airport (VIA) - the island nation's prime gateway.

Boasting of a total of 190 villas spread under 10 varying class categories, Brennia Kottefaru offers an authentic and indulgent experience that is timeless.

The visitors can enjoy a wide array of dishes, rich in diversity and selected from all corners of the world - which is made available through its main 03 restaurants; Manta, Lime and Sunset Grill.
